Failure to Provide Breath Sample for Testing

Police officers may require anyone driving, attempting to drive, or in control of a vehicle to provide a breath sample for testing. Anyone who fails to provide a breath sample without reasonable excuse commits an offense

Failure to Stop or Report After an Accident

Whenever an injury to a person or damage to other vehicle(s), specific animal(s) or property take place, you are obliged to stop and report the accident to the police. Failure to do so, will result in such offence being committed
