Drug Offences

Drug offences which you could face include:

Possession of Dangerous Drugs

Any person who is in possession or smokes, inhales, ingest or injects a dangerous drug, shall be liable upon conviction to a fine HKD1,000,000 and imprisonment for 7 years

Trafficking Dangerous Drugs

Any person who traffics a dangerous drug shall be liable upon conviction to a fine of HKD5,000,000 and imprisonment for life. Trafficking includes selling or giving away dangerous drug
